Edited .png is not saved as .jpg

If the export dialog gives me an option to enter .jpg as an extension I expect the saved image to be an actual jpeg. This used to work. Since may I get a fake JPG i.e. the file is actually still exported as PNG and the editor just swaps the extension. I've discovered this because IrfanView shows a warning about it.

Still an issue (on 6.22.0).

Probably would be best to remove the filetype option or make it un-editable.

This seems to only concern the export from the Editor. The export/save as window when using "Resize" works correctly.
