Printer Icon in PDF-viewer

If I open a pdf-file in File Simple-File-Manager there is a printer icon in the top right corner. Fine.

I have set my email app up to use Simple-File-Manager to open attached pdf-files, and it works great, except now there is no printer icon. Is it possible to have it showing the icon, also when the PDF-viewer is opened from another app?

it is shown only when the file path is known, else we cannot print the file. Will keep it here, maybe we find a way for doing it later.
