Scroll bar does not work properly

The scroll bar properly works for the first time after opening the app. But after you release it and try to use it the second time it does not work. It does neither scroll up nor down. After relaunching the file manager app, again it works fine for the first time, you can scroll it up or down smoothly, but if you release it, you cannot use it again until you relaunch the app. That's a weird problem

The issue seems to be temporary.... I am not facing such issues anymore... Now it is working fine.. I will post here if the issue reproduces in my device

I am again facing some issues with the scroll bar.. The scroll bar sometimes does not work properly... Just after opening a folder, the scroll bar slides downward smoothly but after it is released, you cannot scroll upwards properly.. It sometimes work, sometimes does not, sometimes so laggy, sometimes smooth as earlier..
