Decompressed files do not mantain timestamp

When decompressing a zip file, all decompressed files are given the timestamp of the decompression, not that stored in the zip file. I have suspected that this is a limit of Android, but other File Managers get it right (for example Material Files). I would very much appreciate if this little problem could be corrected. actually, which timestamp you mean? Last modified or Date Taken?
