No Full Screen for Incoming Calls on Android 13
No Full Screen for Incoming Calls on Android 13 only getting notifications for the same. Any idea what could be issue ?
not even if you have the "Always show fullscreen incoming calls on full screen" setting enabled and your screen is on? What app version are you using?
No not even after the "Always show fullscreen incoming calls on full screen" setting is enabled. I am using version 5.18.0. The device I am using is Redmi 11 Prime.
I can reproduce the same issue with an older phone :
- Redmi Note 8T
- MIUI 12.0.10
- Android 10
- app is 5.18.1
"Always show fullscreen incoming calls on full screen" is on. Application has all the permissions available. I tried to reboot the phone, no change.
Behavior is somewhat inconsistent as it worked with one incoming call but never with the other callers, Not sure why. If phone is on standby, phone rings but screen stays off. Activating the phone, the call is lost and the user is prompted with the unlocking screen. If phone is already fully on, we only have the notification (phone rings but notification silently appears in the list)
I have limited access to the device so I can't really see what's going on in the logs.
@chrisnoisel I have the same problem on Ulefone 3WT Android 9 stock. If the application sits in memory, it works fine. But when I restart the phone, the phone rings but does not wake up the screen. I tried with "Always show fullscreen incoming calls on full screen" enabled and disabled, no changes.
