samsung galaxy s call notifaction is gray, can't enable or disable

Hy guys I have a new phne and want to use this grat app too. If i go to notifaction settings, i can't enable or disable these options. is there any reason for that? thank you for your help 6a0eb9e8-1b70-4ee6-b6cd-1aae2ed6b585

It is enabled but default for me. And by the switches directions, it's also enabled for you. Not sure why you can't disable it.

what do this notification?? is it the missing call counter? or is it the message on the lock screen??
