Add feature: always show date + time in log

Could you maybe add that there's always shown date and time in the call log. Right now, there's only time shown for today's calls and date only at older calls. Thanks Toni

@tibbi +1 Please, this would be such a great QoL. The information is displayed when you press three dots - show call details, just show it in the call log screen without needing to enter this menu.

Seeing this info is why I switched from my stock dialer (that stupidly shows only "two days ago" and nothing more).

At first I was very confused, since I mistook the call duration for the time and was confused why I called someone at 00:45. I suggest removing the leftmost zero if it's not needed for better readability also.
