match number without national prefix in call history

This is separate problem, but similar to #101. I have some contacts in my address book (in simple contacts) saved without the national prefix (like +44). When they call me the origin number includes the prefix. Then Simple Dialer does not show the contact name.

To reiterate:

  • contact is saved as 0123456
  • contact calls, is shown as +44 123456
  • Dialer doesn't recognize it's the same contact
