T9 Search is too slow

Hello. I have a problem with t9 search. When i press a button on the dialpad, it takes one second to respond, which is too slow considering you have to type several letters while waiting after each press. I have Android 6. My contact book is synced by DavX5. I have aprox. 180 contacts in several groups. Does anyone experience the same issue?

you mean that contacts are slow to appear? Or the number itself takes time to appear? What app version are you using?

Even vibration feedback and circle animation appears after a delay. If my contact book is empty, the problem is not present. I'm using the latest version from F-Droid, i have had this problem since early versions of Dialer.
