custom phone number labels aren't importing

Some of my many custom labels appear to have imported over. The phone numbers are there, but it seems like certain custom labels are converted to blanks. Is this a bug or is it to be expected?

Transferred: UNUSED Not Transferred: OLD

Imported vcf to Google Pixel 6a (Android 13 | GrapheneOS) with Simple Contacts Pro v6.22.1 from F-Droid. Exported vcf from Moto G4+ (Android 7.0) with SA Contacts ver 2.8.19 from Google Play.
