add SIP address contact field

Google contacts app has possibility to give contact a SIP address for making VoIP calls. In order to make it possible to migrate from Google contacts app to Simple Contacts, please add support for CommonDataKinds.SipAddress.CONTENT_ITEM_TYPE.
