Trigger sync from simple-contacts

It would be nice to be able to trigger a (davx) sync from simple-contacts. This way you don't need to open up another app (davx i.e.) to sync. I.e. my calendar (acal) has an option to trigger/force the synchronisation of events.

I take it a step further: -automatic trigger for syncing: Just trigger after a change.
