Support ACTION_SET_TIMER and ACTION_SET_ALARM intents

Hi,

I'm using QuickTiles to set alarms and timers from the Quick Settings. QuickTiles uses ACTION_SET_ALARM and ACTION_SET_TIMER intents to achieve this. Would you consider supporting these intents, so I can use QuickTiles in combination with Simple-Clock, that would be great. I guess other apps also use this intent, so it's not QuickTiles specific.
