Add an option to show the remaining time for alarm in notification bar

The current behavior is showing a toast message with the remaining time when an alarm is set. I think it will help people to fall asleep earlier with a clear grasp of how little time there are for sleeping if there is an option to show the remaining time in the notification bar constantly.
