[Feature request] optimize use of space on the screen

Hi and thank you for creating and consistently enhancing this app.

I tried Simple-Calendar from f-droid and have some suggestion in comparison with the etar-app which I want to share. I simply created screenshots to of both apps showing the same appointments in month-view. These screenshots underline that simple-calendar does not use the screen in an optimal way. Each field representing a day is more than 25% larger in etar. This is mainly because

• the shown week-numbers use a separate column,
• the month is written prominently in between of the buttons for switching the month, and
• the week-days are written in larger letters.

I'd love that, too.

Conversely, Simple-Calender does an excellent job saving screen space with lots of events in the same slot. This can happen if you log your calls to ical, and have lots of calls in the same hour.

There are some other issues regarding changing or reusing the title bar. Some wanted to volunteer to make a PR. So I have hopes this gets implemented at some point :wink:.
