No notification sound / no alarm permission

hello,

I tried google play and fdroid version and fdroid version is not have alarm permission. so when the phone is silent, calendar is also silent. this issue also exist on the clock app (google play and fdroid) so it is not working when i needed it.

android 13 / oneui 5.1 all apps up to date.

do not disturb is not enabled, i checked anyway. google play version is recognized but fdroid version is not.
