deleted calendar still appears
I have multiple calendars synced to Simple Calendar through DAVx5 from multiple sources. One of my sources is a Baikal server I host, and it had about 6 calendars, but I deleted one of the calendars from Baikal but it still shows up in Simple Calendar. I deleted it weeks ago and have manually synced Baikal numerous times (plus it syncs automatically). In Simple Calendar, I've clicked to manually "Refresh CalDAV Calendars" (and I'm sure it does it automatically, too), but still it shows up. I also sync these calendars in Thunderbird, and the deleted calendar is no longer showing up there. To be clear, the deleted calendar is not showing up in DAVx5 any more, but it is still showing up in Simple Calendar.
This calendar that I deleted did have some recurring events that extend into the future, but I have no idea if that's part of the problem.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, a feature I need to request, or simply misunderstanding on my part (e.g., you can remove calendars in Simple Calendar, I just don't know how).
