[bug] New events settings not respected when launching activity

I use the widget Todo Agenda on Android. When using the '+' button on that widget to create a new event through Simple Calendar, the following bugs occur on the default parameters in the new event:

1. standard duration setting is not respected (the event is initially set to have a duration of one hour, whilst my setting has a default duration of 0 minutes)
2. start week on Sunday setting is not respected (when wanting to change the day the new event takes place on, the calendar shown starts its weeks on Sunday, whilst that setting is not activated)

I'm sorry for this report if these bugs are not caused on the side of Simple Calendar.
