Light/Dark mode seamless switch

Let me explain what I mean here.. When my phone goes to dark mode or back to light mode my simple apps (I use a bunch of them) do not switch theme according to system current theme mode, but as soon as I close them in recent apps menu and launch them again they will have the correct color theme (dark or light). Most of my other apps on the phone do the seamless theme switch just fine, and it would be really nice if you could implement this behavior in to apps of a "Simple Apps" family.
