Description

Port of the classic Nyano monster. Right now NPCs in general are too buggy so I want to wait on some fixes ported for them as well as finding a solution to their action.

  • [ ] Change drain doafter to use https://github.com/space-wizards/space-station-14/pull/30319
  • [ ] Either get the action to work or make a separate PR adding NPC action support
