Role bans don't work clientside

Description

Banned jobs are still unlocked on the client. Server side is working fine.

Reproduction

1. Ban yourself from captain.
2. Enter lobby.
3. Open character menu job preferences tab.
4. Captain is unlocked.
5. Select captain, press ready and startround, nothing happens.
6. Open late join gui, captain is unlocked, yet it is impossible to select it.

Expected behavior

1. Ban captain
2. Captain is locked in preferences tab and late join gui.
