How to open bottom sheet programatically?

Is it possible to show the bottom sheet programatically after it is hidden without using the standard bottom button? I tried to set PercentageHeightMainPage but it had no effect

Landscape mode

Hi, when bottom sheet fully opened and you rotate phone to landscape mode, bottom sheet becomes "top" sheet. Same behavior for iOS and Android.
