Mario Kart 64 (USA) - crash if you wait in the intro

Waiting for the Nintendo logo to spin as the screen turns white, crashes the emulator on

[FATAL] Unhandled DP Command Registers read (addr: 04147000)

which is a bogus error given that 04147000 isn't anything, not even a mirror.

If the user skips the animation by pressing any button, this doesn't happen and they can happily play the whole game.
