Option to disable image loading

It would be nice to have the option to disable the automatic loading of images for feeds and articles.

I was about to implement the feature yesterday but I had some trouble getting the sqldelight database running. With "image for feeds" you mean the favicons? Not sure if we should add the feature to disable favicons because I can't imagine many people want this. But definitely going to implement it for the article images.
