I've added the ability to see what's the gc is doing in some sort of delayed fashion. Essentially we poll the `/ajax` endpoint to retrieve the updates from the gc.

This is now superseded by https://github.com/natefinch/lumberjack/pull/211

@puffnfresh what do you think about moving away from unary combinators and having curried ones instead?

Also @joneshf what are your thoughts on this?

I don't mind `get`, but `getVal` works!
