Quest item requirement only ticks once when item's obtained in bulk

There's something I've run into as the title suggests. It's a simple premise: get in bulk an item required by a quest (3 Armor Polish for example), and the quest counter will only tick once. I do not have any logs to provide, but it can be replicated.

Logs aren't normally helpful anyway, Thanks for the report. I assume it is specific to buying from vendors though.
