Rsb: bin & bin+gaus doublecounting?

gbm.rsb note: No mention of bin vs bin+gaus. Need to seriously think about bin+gaus, go back to emails & notes if available. Essentially: it’s double counting, all sites + pos-only subset = pos only subset counted twice. Nothing has changed regarding the sampling coverage Vs the grids coverage simply by subsetting the samples.
