Make names of redirect consistant

There are names of the source (Reddit, Wikipedia) and names of the target (Nitter, Invidious, Bibliogram, OpenStreetMap, SimplyTranslate) and one unspecified (Search Engine). As for “search engine”, I see it doesn't cover all search engines I know; also given that there are potentially multiple target for one source, like mentioned in some issues (CloudTube for YouTube), I think it would be better to change the names all to the source. In addition, it would be better to sort by alphabetic order.

Can we just use the name of the source, or are there legal aspects that need to be considered? I actually went the opposite route in my 2 PRs here and used the target for everything.
