Errosr running the code

Hi,

I'm a new comer to ROS and trying to use your code to learn ROS with python. However, when I tried "rosrun simontest simon_node1", it gives me an error "/usr/bin/env: ‘python’: No such file or directory". And the simon_launch1.launch file is not working with roslaunch for me, either. My ros distribution is noetic.
