CUDA memory error while training with real data

Hello, I would like to apply your model to my real dataset but with any size of data I am getting the following error, any idea how can I solve it?

RuntimeError: CUDA out of memory. Tried to allocate 4.23 GiB (GPU 0; 15.78 GiB total capacity; 11.67 GiB already allocated; 2.90 GiB free; 84.79 MiB cached)

Try reducing the batch size in run.sh
