userReactionCallback provides message object in which reaction list is not correct.

Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is. The userReactionCallback provides the message and emoji when a user reacts to any message. When a user reacts with an emoji, the callback provides the old message object where the reaction list is not updated with the latest reacted emoji. Conversely, if the user reacts with the same emoji again, the emoji is removed on the UI side, but the callback still provides the message object where the reaction list contains that emoji.
