Downloads for the standalone mode

The license agreement of Apple requires that you confirm that

the content of the Licensed Application is a periodical (e.g., newspaper or magazine)

If you want to publish something that is not periodical, you need to use the standalone mode, but at the moment you cannot download issues.

Each time you have to add an issue, you need to rebuild the app and send it through iTunes Connect.

Would it be possible to add a feature in order to be able to download issues in the standalone mode when there's no issue in the book folder?

This would be super handy. I have a guide app and have wanted to include additional chapters as in-app purchases for at least the last year.
