Pause / Play functionality request

In Beta 3, the pause and play/resume functionality do work, but the original firmware had the pause feature stop the feed, then lifts the head and moves back to a "parked" position. This prevented the nozzle from melting the workpiece.

I would be happy with just having pause also lift the head. This allows for the ability to manually change filaments. Having the head move off the workpiece would further assist with this.

Someone already told me before. The problem is that marlin 1.1 changed the dependencies for nozzle parking. Now it requires one of those segment lcd screens. Restoring the functionality will require some work, but it's already on my list
