In fact it is GTK3 's default behavior, but we do something with it like what we do in https://github.com/SrainApp/srain/pull/353.

@nedbat I created a [fork](https://pypi.org/project/sphinxnotes-markdown-builder/) which including this fix. For the nested list, I will dig it recently.
