SilverDecisions input lags on IE11

IE hangs for a few seconds when processing keyboard input. Possible that it appears only in large trees.

I understand we support Edge? Then I think we can drop IE and @pszufe - on the website let us make a link to the current production version for IE users if we need to drop IE in the next release.

Yes, Edge is still supported

As of today the IE share is 0.5% of the market and it is not even supported by Microsoft. Perhaps making a link such us "old SilverDecisions version with Internet Explorer supported - no longer maintaned" would be a good idea.
