Latest commit 17 days ago. Don't think so. Perhaps the error description is to small and not helping the team moving forward?

This is a known issue and marked as a bug but we have simply not had an internal need to resolve this as yet with other higher priorities. IIRC this is caused by the nobodyHasPermission helper, so one option is to not use that functionality if performance is an issue. I hope that helps for now. Thanks.
