[BUG] Classifier Free Guidance (CFG) Prompts don't properly use defined user/system prefixes/suffixes

Describe the problem

When using CFG prompts with Llama-3 Instruct, or any other context template, the configured system/user/assistant wrappers aren't added to the prompt, causing them to not work as expected in many cases.

Manually adding the wrapped to the prompt works fine, but it shouldn't be necessary.
