Describe the bug
Some css properties do not work correctly.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install react-toastify
2. Open '....'
3. Build '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
toastify component (has css position: "fixed") will inject to body (can scroll) of document, not in web-component

Package Manager:
To install Direflow, I used react-toastify (npm / yarn / something else)
