Hang while editing UIPage

Xenko Version: 1.10 OS: Windows 10

Xenko keeps hanging on me, when trying to edit (and now even when opening) a relatively simple UIPage (attached). The main window stops taking input. When closing the problem via the "program is not responding" dialog, the save unsaved changes dialog still pops up. But it, too, is unresponsive and the only thing that helps is killing the editor via task manager. I retried that way several times (hitting save button very other second). That brought me to the file attached. This now hangs my editor directly when loaded.
