When open Settings from pop out window and accessing any of the folder/file picker inputs, the suggester modal loads in the main Obsidian window instead

The title plus this screenshot should show you what you need to repro. Templater settings are loading its folder/file select suggester modal in the wrong window when you are using a pop out window and open settings from that pop out wnidow.

Are there plugins where this behaviour doesn't occur? Feels like an obsidian bug.
