Fire Folder Templates on File Move

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Folder Templates require the creation of the file within that folder, moving folders to the 'Folder Template' folder do not fire this template and mean that these files are not standardized well

Describe the solution you'd like On file move, the folder template associated to that folder will fire. This will append the template changes to the top of the file

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently I hand write these items, you could also use a text snippet or keyboard maestro shortcut

I would even go one step further: Allow Folder Templates to fire if a file with content is generated inside these folders. This comes handy with the Markdown Refactor or Note Composer plugin, so that a split file automatically gets Templater templates applied.
