[Feature request] Automatic templates ignore files setting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I hesitate to use an extremely useful feature such as use a template upon creating new due to the quite justified warning "It can be dangerous if you create new files with unknown / unsafe content on creation. Make sure that every new file's content is safe on creation".

Describe the solution you'd like

Introducing a feature such as "Templater ignores the codes in existing/new notes and runs only the codes in the applied template" in the automatic template application section. Even if there is malicious code in a new file created when this feature is on, the templater will not run it, making the automatic template feature safe to use in new notes.
