computer overwrites mobile daily notes

• there's a timeout setting?
• folder templates on for desktop, off for mobile

Describe the bug When I open a daily note on mobile, while my computer is still locked (I use syncthing), I can write a few notes in the daily file.

When I visit my desktop and try to exit the template, it overwrites the file (including my notes from mobile)

Expected behavior It seems to take the state of the file at the time it was created overnight, e.g., the blank, template form, rather than the current form the sync has for it.

it should, however, read the very latest version of the file/template on disk.

Additionally, it should allow clean aborting of rendering the template to stop the process.
