Links Logs When Using Delete Links & Bots Restarts.

Currently When Delete Links Is Enabled,The [Link ] in /Status and In Bot Restarted Message Where It shows user incomplete task gives message not found error.

[ SUGGESTION ] : I think either we should disable it when Delete Links is Enabled or Add a Links Log Var Like Earlier which will point to links in log. (userful for grp owners for nsfw content) and In case of restart and incomplete task ,it will give the link to user from that log.(userful in differentiating when multiple task gets cancelled)
