[1.17.1] alloy metals and hybrid gems are not recognized by the repair kit.

Expected Behavior

Gems and alloys craft in to repair kit.

This was reported to me by a player on my TownCraft THREE testing server.

Actual Behavior

Hybrid gems and alloy metals are not crafted in to a repair kit so can't be used to repair gear.

I can confirm that this is a Towncraft issue as ATM 7 does not have an issue regarding alloys or minecraft gems.
