Silent Gear Saw Crashing Modded Server

Expected Behavior

When low Durability saw is used till it breaks it is expected that much like the pickaxe it'll stop its harvesting.

Actual Behavior

Upon the saw reaching zero durability it causes server to freeze up and after roughly thirty seconds to a minute server crashes and kicks clients to menu.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Craft a pure stone Saw with a typical wooden tool rod
2. Cut down a zelkova tree with a low durability so that it breaks
3. HUD in game will report Saw has broke but can no longer pick up items in game and after roughly thirty seconds to a minute server will crash kicking clients to main menu.

Possible duplicate of #402, although I don't believe that one provided a crash report. I see Pickle Tweaks in the stack trace as well. Probably not relevant, but might be. Regardless, I think I do need to add a broken tool check in the breakTree function.

I saw that one but was quite a few weeks old, and had Optifine which from what I have seen is a whole new bag of chaos in and of itself. Thus the new bug report.
