Negative value when "rtv"

If set sm_umc_rtv_enteradminflags_bonusamt, for example 3, and there will be 0-1-2 players on the server, UMC will show a negative value of required votes:

[UMC] Natasha_Heide wants to Rock the Vote. Type 'rtv' to join, or type 'nominate' to nominate a map. (-2 more required)

Sorry for the late response, I'll take a look at this.

I'm curious though, does it only seems to happen when the servers have fewer players or is this happening regardless of server population?

Only when there are few players on the server (less than the weight of the admin vote)
