Suggestion: Waving Azaleas Config

[Enhanced Default, Vibrant] Currently, azaleas are toggled by the Waving Tallgrass config, it would be nice if they had their own config. I use them for hedges, with a moss block on top, and having them waving breaks immersion - but I like the waving tallgrass. Currently, I have to sacrifice one for the other.

Hmm this might be such a niche issue, that manually removing the id might be the better solution here.
