[Marketplace] After an agent has been added to a user's library, change the "Add to Library" button to "See agent"

Since our users has already downloaded the agent to their library, the copy should say something different to indicate that the agent is already added to their library.

Can we change the copy of the button from "Add to Library" to "see runs"?
