Creator profile picture - fix margins and the size of the creator profile photo

Fix the profile photo size and also the margins of the profile photo. The current sizing is all off...

@ograce1421 I'm looking to assist with this ticket but am having trouble locating where you are seeing this issue.

Would you mind adding either a link to where you are seeing this issue and / or providing a screenshot of the full page?
